Matthias brings steady presence and care for honest conversation, with a strong grounding in teaching and supporting NVC practice.

We are hosting Brave Conversation Dojo at Montino: a shared month of living, working, and practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in a small group. We'll share meals, shared rhythms, and daily practice, surrounded by views of the forest, the mountains and the lake.

What to expect

We'll live together in shared and private rooms, cook and eat together, and build a small community. The sessions mix clear teaching with practice, including role plays, conflict support, and embodiment work.

We'll also bring in a few additional lenses:

  • ๐ŸŒ Cultural differences
  • ๐Ÿค Attachment styles
  • ๐Ÿง˜ Body and movement
  • ๐ŸŽ An invitation to share your own gifts: participants can share a skill, practice, or passion with the group.

Outside the sessions, we'll keep space for rest and exploration: hikes in the hills, lake days, Italian cooking, and time together at home.
