About Adi Drori
Adi Drori

Adi Drori is an Israeli actor, singer, theatre creator, director, translator, and voice artist. Her work joins autobiographical experience, social themes, humour, and music on stage, making connection and change through vulnerability and honest self-expression.

Adi graduated from the full acting and directing program at Kibbutzim College's School of Performing Arts, and has over two decades of experience in informal education: teaching and running workshops on voice connection and expression, improvisation and confidence, and the power of words to reshape our reality.

Stage work includes What's Your Issue? (with Chen Saada and Eden Amor), an original musical cabaret about chronic pain, invisible illness, and the female experience of the body; Commander to Skirt (with Keren Shefet and Chen Lugassi), a satirical cabaret on military culture and gender inequality; and You're Just Like Your Mother, a comedy co-written with Shani Tzabari for Tzavta's Short Theater Festival about inherited family patterns. Additional performances include productions at Habima, the Haifa Theatre, Tmuna, the Mediatheque, and the Jerusalem Theatre Group.

About Oren Chazan
Oren Chazan

Oren Chazan is a digital entrepreneur, business and marketing consultant, and co-founder of Montino Coliving. After seven years as a digital nomad, Oren set out to build the meaning, belonging, and continuity that a life in motion often misses. Together with his co-founders, they turned a former family-run hotel into a shared home where remote work, nature, creativity, and community come together, and where relationships have the time and space to grow through everyday life.

After completing Arnina Kashtan's ReConnect program at the center for Non-Violent Communication, Oren draws on its principles in his approach to community living: curiosity toward people's needs, honest communication, personal responsibility, and participation being an invitation and a free choice.

The world outside moves fast. Between constant news updates, fast-changing technology, and the pressure to perform, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, especially for creative and for sensitive people.

This is why we planned January as an active hibernation: a deliberate, cosy, remote-work friendly time away. It's a gentle, low-intensity playground for exploring our creative side.

We live together in a coliving building with a mix of private and shared rooms and plenty of communal space, fast wi-fi and workspaces. We offer meditations and movement classes, fresh coffee, a fireplace, a sauna and a hot tub. Everything here was designed with the invitation to reconnect with nature, with others and with yourself.

What to expect during the month

Our activities are remote-work friendly, and joining in is always optional.

  • 🎭 Playful co-creation & workshops: experiment with your body, voice, and mind through workshops in theatre, improv, intuitive writing, music, movement, and material arts. No prior experience required.
  • 🧭 Facilitated Creative Scavenger Hunt ©: a game of hints planted around the house, leading you to find a sanctuary, collect materials, and practise show-and-tell.
  • 🧊 Somatic & nervous system reset: morning movement, meditation, cold plunges, saunas, and forest bathing, to regulate the nervous system.
  • 🔥 Create connections: gather around the fireplace for shared dinners, open-stage nights, and honest, non-judgemental group discussions.
  • 🎨 Immersive group integration: a continuous, multidisciplinary creation process, building toward a shared collective artwork at the end of the month.
